Most of the pictures on this site are availabe to buy in a variety of sizes and finishes, or as a digital file for use as stock photography (conditions apply). Exceptions are clearly stated; you will find them in separate galleries marked "Not for Sale."

Unless specifically mentioned, Serena Bowles owns the exclusive copyright for all photographs and content within this site; no photographs are within the public domain. Prints are sold for display purposes only; ownership of a print does not constitute ownership of copyright. Digital files are offered royalty free, without transfer of rights. LINKING

If you have enjoyed this site and wish to share it with others, you may link to any of the web pages (html files) within the site from your own website. However, embedding images into a web page - that is direct ("hot") linking to any image - is not allowed; charges and/or legal procedings may follow.

POST AND PACKAGING

At Serenity Photography there are no hidden costs; the price you see is the price you pay. The prices shown are inclusive of VAT (plese advise us if you need a receipt for VAT purposes), and worldwide delivery is free.

All prints are securely packed to ensure they reach you safely; should an item arrived damaged, then please contact us at support@serenityphotography.co.uk to discuss the matter.

Orders will usually reach you within ten days of being placed, often much sooner. Please note that canvas prints take an additional 14-21 days to prepare, due to the high quality of workmanship. In some exceptional circumstances - such as around Christmas, or in the event of industrial action by the postal service - this may take longer, but we will endeavour to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as is possible.

If your order is particularly urgent, then we can have the items delivered to you by courier (or FedEx for overseas clients). Further costs will be incurred, and we would advise you to contact us for exact prices and times before placing your order.

QUALITY AND QUANTITY

Please be aware that the images on this website are just a fraction of the photographs available. If you are looking for a specific picture then please contact us with your precise requirements, and we'll see if we can help.

The images displayed on the website have been scaled down, and the quality reduced to enable the site to load quickly. The originals are of superior quality.

Colours may appear differently if your screen is not accuarately calibrated.

CURRENCY

All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling. If you are paying electronically the funds will be automatically transfered at a competative exchange rate. If you wish to pay by cheque from a country other than the UK, then please contact us first at payment@serenityphotography.co.uk and we will advise you of the cost in your local currency, and relevant exchange charges.
